Our core values are the Biblically-based beliefs which define and drive our ministry actions. They are our deeply held convictions around which we have structured our ministry.
UNITY – One Body Serving the Community Together.
Although our communities have many churches they are, by and large, attempting to serve their communities independently of one another. We want to bring the churches together in meaningful ways in order to bring our communities together. This will involve planning and conducting ministry and mission activities together.
COOPERATION – Every Church Helping Every Other Church
Instead of competing with other churches our desire is to actively promote the ministries of every church. Every church provides a unique presence in their community. We want to encourage all churches to learn about and appreciate the uniqueness of each church and to tangibly cooperate together in promoting one another’s ministries in the community.
COMPASSION – Caring Deeply About and For Everyone in Our Community
Our desire is to encourage and help to facilitate a ministry of healing and wholeness of body, mind, and spirit to everyone living and working in our communities. We want everyone to know that Jesus loves and cares about them. Our desire is to develop and implement ways to communicate this message effectively and consistently in our communities.
SACRIFICE – Develop Creative and Innovative Means for Connecting People
Our desire is to actively seek ways to connect with the unchurched of our communities and between the churches of our communities. We want our efforts to be friendship driven. As the Apostle Paul made himself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible (1 Corinthians 19:19b), our desire is to develop relevant, authentic, and productive ministries that will facilitate our mission of connecting the unchurched of our communities with caring and capable churches in the community.
