The PingPongforPOVERTY™ Charity Tournament Helps the Homeless and Promotes the Sport of Ping Pong!
Our cause serves the homeless and poor who need food, shelter, medical care and so much more, including a friend or a relationship they can count on.
The Annual PingPongforPOVERTY™ Charity Tournament, is an annual awareness and fundraising event serving the homeless and poor. The event is managed completely by Family, Friends, Neighbors, Peers, Volunteers and of course, our Sponsor Partners. We’re led by a Tournament Team who’s hearts are in it to help the poor and to promote the sport of Ping Pong. The idea that became reality in 2008, was …influenced heavily by Larry Lees, father of Ken, who took the love of Ping Pong, applied some marketing to it in hopes to help others who need food, shelter, medical care and so much more, including a friend or a relationship they can count on. And as added benefits, the event is bring families together, having fun and promoting the sport of Ping Pong, the 5th fastest growing sport in the country! Come on!
