April 24, two weeks from tomorrow, is the rapidly approaching date for the seminar,” Youth and Mental Health in our Faith Communities” being presented by your VB CIT Interfaith Committee!!! This promises to be a very interesting and informative program with Keynote Speaker, Peter Dozier M.D., Director, CHKD, Child & Family Guidance & Consultation Division, presenting on Mental Health Issues in Youth. There will be other workshops on Bullying, Suicide; Youth Substance Use and Abuse; Trauma, Loss and Grief, and panels discussing community resources. Additionally we will hear from the VB Chief of Police and CIT Officers regarding the VB Crisis Intervention Team. And much more!!
